Monaco Shopping Districts Discover Principality's Shopping Areas

Carre d'Or
Monaco's most luxurious stores are Monte-Carlo's Golden Square next to the Casino. Designer brands such as Hermès and Goyard jostle for shop space in the small streets of Ave Monte Carlo, Ave des Beaux-Arts and the Allées Lumières. You’ll also find high-end jewellers such as Van Cleef & Arpels and Chopard here.
Metropole Shopping Centre
Meanwhile, slightly more modest budgets might move across the gardens to the Metropole Shopping Centre on Avenue Spélugues, right by the Metropole hotel in the heart of Mont-Carlo. This, is a nest of 80 shops on four floors. Nothing’s what you'd call cheap. Still you can find some affordable luxury gifts.
One Monte-Carlo
Key Monaco boutiques, notably in One Monte-Carlo, dress bejewel and otherwise complement the costliest bodies on the planet. Although it's not the place to search for bargains, it's still quite fun just looking at Chopard, Louis Vuitton, Dior and other luxury brands. They are, just next to the Casino de Monte-Carlo.
La Condamine
La Condamine offers a diverse shopping experience. With 200 shops in the neighbourhood around the market and Port Hercule, Rue Grimaldi, Rue De Millo and Rue Terrazzani are favourite addresses for shops of all kinds. In the area around the pedestrian Rue Princesse Caroline, you can find some great restaurants too.
Condamine Market
The most picturesque shopping is at the daily morning Condamine Market in Place d’Armes. A proper Provencal market and centre of Monégasque life. If you don’t actually want to buy any fruit or vegetables. Take a seat at one of the cafés in the square and watch normal Mediterranean life pass by.
Fontvieille Shopping Centre
Across the other side of the principality, by the Fontvieille district, the Fontvieille Commercial Centre is much more realistic. It boasts a Carrefour supermarket and other shops which people actually need. It’s also home to McDonalds and other affordable snack eateries. A good destination for a cheap lunch.
